Description:

Our PE Laser Cutting Protective Film is specially designed to protect stainless steel surface from being scratched and damaged during the fabrication of laser cutting, installation or transportation. The laser film uses environmental polyethylene film as carrier and coated with natural rubber adhesive. It can be applied to mirror surface, blasted or sanded surface, and other 3D or angled surfaces and provides very stable firmly adhesion to the surfaces. The most important point is after peeling off the film, the surface should remain perfectly clean and untouched. We can customize both middle and high adhesion as per customer demands and also provide printing arrows and stripes to help quickly identify the polished direction for the stainless steel laser film

Peel No Residue 50mic PE Protective Film for Stainless Steel Plates Laser Cutting Surface Protection
 
The instructions and operation of the laser cutting protective film are as follows:
1. Preparation: Before starting the laser cutting protective film, make sure that the surface of the material to be cut is clean and free from dust, oil, etc.. If necessary, clean the
surface of the material with detergent and clean cloth to ensure the adhesion of the protective film.
2. Paste the protective film: Lay the laser-cutting protective film flat on the surface of the material to be cut. In the beginning, gently peel off the backing paper from one side of the film, and at the same time, use your fingers or a squeegee to tighten the film on the surface of the material. Gradually peel off the backing paper and avoid air bubbles during the protective film lamination process.
3. Adjustment and Trimming: Ensure that the protective film is fully adhered to the surface of the material being cut. If necessary, use a knife or scissors to trim the protective film at the edges to match the shape and size of the material.
 
4. Start cutting: Start the laser cutter and follow the normal cutting procedure. The laser-cutting protective film will protect the material surface from laser-induced burns and contamination during the cutting process.

5. Cutting Completed: After completing the cut, turn off the laser cutter and wait for the material and protective film to cool down. Do not touch the protective film or the surface of the material easily until the material has cooled down completely to avoid injury.

6. Remove the protective film: After the material and the protective film have cooled, slowly remove the protective film starting from one side. Ensure that the film is removed smoothly and does not damage the surface of the cut material.
